Student Wellbeing - tips to help you during exam time

📚Some tips for students to help them get through the rest of the week:

  • Work from a daily study timetable, which strikes a healthy balance between your free time and study.
  • Work in blocks of about 30 minutes, with short breaks in between.
  • Target tasks: start a piece of study with a clear and realistic job in mind for each half hour block, e.g. 2 questions on the circle in Maths. You’ll be much more productive as a result!
  • Alternate between subjects and keep similar subjects apart
  • Work first, rewards later!
  • Be organised
  • Best not to have your phone nearby, unless you have to use it as a learning aid or to set a 30 minute timer.
