Day 3 with Angelina Foster of Blueway Art Studio, our very own Artist in Residence!
As an artist and a printmaker, Angelina draw's deeply on words, symbols, and stories from Ireland’s past. She is passionate about fostering arts participation, self-expression, and connection through hands-on, immersive workshops and art experiences in and around her studio in Kildare.
She is also deeply engaged in supporting community arts projects through her curation of creative visitor experiences and a variety of heritage, culture, and corporate initiatives across Ireland. You can explore more of Angelina's work and services on her website here: https://bluewayartstudio.ie/
Angelina is working with our students in St. Wolstan's for four days on a special project based on key concepts we value here, reflected in our school ethos: Respect, Equality, Holistic and Care. St. Wolstan's was very fortunate to be picked out by the Department of Education and Kildare Education centre to qualify for a grant to work with an Artist.
