Absence Notes

We are moving from paper-based notes to the VSware App for reporting absences and appointment requests. Instead of writing a note in your child's journal, you can now submit an absence note directly through the app, whether your daughter will be late due to an appointment or missing school due to illness.

The VSware App, which you already use to view student reports and behaviour, now allows you to track daily attendance and manage absences. Remember, it is our statutory obligation to report absences of 20 days or more to TUSLA. The absence note you submit will be received by our administrative team and the relevant Year Head. You will receive a notification in the app once the request has been approved, meaning it has been received and read.
