Spectrum Life are excited to announce the launch of their 2025 Wellbeing and Self-Care Learning Series for School Staff, a four-part programme designed to support school staff in fostering their own mental health and resilience. This series has been thoughtfully created and will be delivered by one of our experienced counselling psychologists, Nicole Paulie. Each quarter, they will release a new seminar focusing on a key area of wellbeing and self-care. These sessions are designed to equip school staff with tools and insights to navigate the unique challenges of their roles while prioritising their own mental health.
The first seminar in the series, titled “Understanding Anxiety”, has been rolled out in Q1. This seminar takes a comprehensive look at what anxiety is and how it manifests. You will learn how the cycle of anxiety operates, including the role of thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and physical symptoms in maintaining and exacerbating anxiety. The seminar also provides practical strategies for managing anxiety, helping you break the cycle and regain control. Please click here to view the Understanding Anxiety
